House Rules for Your Stay

1. Check-In & Check-Out

   • Check-in: 3:00 PM

   • Check-out: 11:00 AM

   • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).

2. Maximum Occupancy

   • The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.

3. No Smoking

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may smoke/vape outside.

4. Pets - Sure! But, $500 security deposit

   • We love furry friends, and a great place to go outside with your pets…

   • If there’s any pet waste or pet related cleanup, automatic $200 deduction from deposit

5. Kitchen Use

   • Feel free to cook! Please wash all dishes and leave the kitchen tidy after use.

   • Avoid leaving perishable food out to prevent pests.

6. Quiet Hours

   • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

7. Damages & Breakages

   • Accidents happen! Please report any damages or breakages promptly.

   • We will be much happier if you let us know how to help fix whatever is broken ASAP, than letting us figure it out on our own!

   • Significant damages may result in partial or total loss of deposit, plus any additional costs, if required.

8. Trash Disposal

   • Upon checkout, please take all trash to the brown trash bins located South side of the house by the garage.

   • Currently the county does not offer curbside recycling

9. No Parties or Events

   • This is a peaceful, family-friendly space. Hosting parties or events is not permitted.

10. Security

    1. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

11. Check-Out Procedures

• Leave the apartment tidy and in the condition you found it.

• There’s basic cleaning supplies in the closet near the entry door.
